Star-Tech & JRS Specialty Products Co., Ltd. technological center is a Chongqing municipal enterprise technology center, a Chongqing university joint R&D center of innovative technology for PVPs and a joint training base for graduate students. The technical center has a 750 m2 testing center and a 350 m2 R&D center, equipped with HPLC, GPC, SEC, FTIR, UV-Vis, laser particle size meter, viscometer and other professional equipments. The technology center has received 15 national patents.
